Consultation Process

The consultation process is in three stages. Each stage is a comprehensive assessment and analysis of the organisational needs.
These stages help in decision making and are critical in the implementation of the developed initiatives.

Stage 1  (Introductory meeting – 45 Minutes – Free Initial assessment)

  • Information gathering
  • Diagnosis with the first tier leadership of the organisation and the evaluation of the current status of the organisation.

Cost and contract for stage 2 to be discussed at the conclusion of Stage 1

Stage 2

Engagement with the organisation (Short, Medium or Long-term) Cost to be determined.

  • Thorough review of past processes and current status
  • Analysis of current status and future plans
  • Propose findings and recommendations to the organisation

Cost and contract for stage 3 to be discussed at the conclusion of stage 2

Stage 3
Planning and implementation of decisions (Short, Medium or Long-term) Cost to be determined.

  • Assist in setting attainable goals
  • Assist in creating models and putting processes in place
  • Assist management in the implementation of new initiatives
  • Review of new initiatives after implementation
